TERMS OF SERVICE
i. GENERAL INFO & COPYRIGHT
◇ You can reach out to me through any of the following channels should you wish to commission me!Twitter & IG DMs: @mujuguju or [email protected] (e-mail)◇ I have the right to turn down a commission if all available slots have been taken, if I feel that I am unable to adequately fulfill your request, or if I feel that your request is overly offensive.◇ I can offer both personal use and commmercial use commissions! See definitions below:- Personal Use Commissions CANNOT BE USED FOR PROFIT will have my watermark affixed onto them but rest assured that it is placed strategically to ensure that it doesn't interfere with the artwork! ( •̀ .̫ •́ )✧ Should you want to remove the watermark, your commission will fall under commercial use.- Commercial Use Commissions CAN BE USED FOR PROFIT and as such, will NOT have my watermark affixed onto them. However, I will be charging for extra fees! ＞︿＜◇ I reserve the right to be able to upload commissioned pieces to my social media sites! You are allowed to request otherwise, however. o((>ω< ))o◇ As of now, I am not accepting commissions with tight deadlines.
ii. PAYMENT
◇ PAYMENT UPFRONT. I will only reserve your slot and start drawing your piece once you have settled the necessary payment, as well as sent the proof of payment.
You can opt to pay in full upfront or do a 50% downpayment (first 50% for the sketch; once the latter is finalized, 50% for the final output) before I start commissioning your piece.◇ I can accept payments through GCash and PayMaya (in PHP) for local clients and PayPal (in USD only) for international clients!
iii. PROCESS
◇ Please provide all the necessary details and information you would like to see in your final piece! You can also submit references such as, but not limited to, moodboards or even stick drawings!◇ I will only provide a sketch/draft of the commission once payment has been made.◇ You have a maximum of 2 revision requests for each commissioned piece, free of charge, and preferably during the sketching phase! However, it's best to avoid this as it can cause much delay with your piece. Any more revisions will incur extra fees.◇ Only minor revisions can be requested once the piece is colored and rendered!◇ The turnaround time for each piece ranges from a minimum of 1 week to a month, depending on the difficulty and queue! Commission duration may also be affected by other external factors on my end but should there be any delays, you will be notified ahead of time!◇ I will give you updates every now and then for your commission! You can also request for any additional updates.◇ Finished pieces will be delivered through email and/or Google Drive!
